On Monday, 12/30/19, I discovered that my horn had stopped working on my 2002 Lexus. I researched possible issues and checked fuses as directed, but no luck. Decided to contact Honest-1 Auto Care, which is my place of choice for any repairs or questions with this vehicle. I got an available appointment, (at my request) on Thursday, 1/2/20, at 9:30 am, to drop the car off for diagnostics. I was contacted a few hours later by Scott that there was an issue with the grounding of the horn and therefore electrical contact was not being made to sound the horn. I gave the authorization to determine a fix and let me know. Scott contacted me about an hour later, said they found a solution to fix the issue and the overall cost to do so. I gave the go ahead and was contacted a short while later that the issue was resolved and the car was ready for pick up. I asked if there was someone who could pick me up to get my vehicle and Scott said yes. About 15 minutes later, one of the mechanics picked me up to get my vehicle. Bottom line, I have a horn that works, and there is a Manager and crew of employees that are very customer focused and friendly. I would highly recommend Scott and his Crew at Honest-1 Auto Care in Flemington, NJ, for any car repair, service, or even good advice. Prices are reasonable and great service is always provided.
